When you need a New AC or just service Artic Breeze is one to call There Tech are excellent I have Mike I asked for him because I am just more comfortable with same Guy. Plus he is courteous an explains what he is doing also giving u tips on keeping cool. The staff is excellent an listian to what's service or problems u might have. I can't see how anyone could give them a bad review. I am adding pic of my ac just because I didn't get it cleaned when I should have. Thank goodness they came out right away. Great service, I have just moved into my house. They had serviced the unit for the last several years Wood the previous owner. They were very knowledgeable. My AC turned on the other day and wasn’t blowing cold I quickly noticed my outside unit wasn’t on and breaker was switched. I called Artic Breeze and the girl was super nice they had a tech out the next day who quickly diagnosed my compressor failed. They ordered part Friday and had it installed up and running Thursday. My tech was great and the call center/ parts girl did amazing. Wasn’t a cheap fix but I felt they were honest and fair. Thanks Artic Breeze I’ll be signing up for yearly maintenance next. Read Less
