Stephen, the technician, arrived right on time. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained the service contracts available. Not pushy but explained the benefits of each very well. He also offered tips on how to maintain our system in between service. The company sends reminders on appointments and updates on when the technician will arrive. Had our spring heating/air checkup 2 days ago. The tech found a part that was going bad and within 2 days had the new part and installed it. Paul the tech that did our repair was so friendly and knowledgeable! He explained everything that he was doing to my husband and our final bill even came in under the estimate.
